![]() The Sellersville Historic District, which includes the entire borough, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. It was renamed for its founder, Isaac Sellers, who laid out the town in 1824. Sellersville was originally settled by the Welsh in Gwynedd Township and was once known as Welsh Settlement. The population was 4,249 at the 2010 census. Close to Rtes 309 & 113.Sellersville is a borough in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. Grandview Hospital, Doctor Offices, and Dentists are all close by too. Only 2 miles away is great shopping at Giant, Home Depot, pet shops, PA State Store, Staples, and more. The Clubhouse is also available for Rental for Private Parties at a very reasonable price. There is a Pool Table, Dart Boards, an Exercise Room, and a Free Use well-stocked Library. The Clubhouse is large enough to handle 50 people comfortably. There are normally monthly activities at the Clubhouse. Another great feature of this wonderful Community is getting involved with the Quiet Acres Residents Association, there is a Membership- however it's voluntary and inexpensive.
